01Scope
This policy explains how Genius Lab (“Genius Lab”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website, geniuslab.tech. Data that clients process on the Genius Platform is governed by the agreement signed with each client, not by this policy.
02Information you give us
When you submit the Contact Sales form, we receive your first and last name, work email, company name, your message, and the page you sent it from.
We use this information only to answer your request, follow up about Genius Lab, and keep a record of the conversation.
03Anonymous site analytics
We measure how the site is used with our own analytics, built to collect as little as possible:
- No cookies and no advertising or cross-site trackers. A visit is identified by a random id kept in your browser’s session storage, which disappears when you close the tab.
- No IP addresses. Your IP address is never read or stored by our analytics. We keep only the approximate country and city provided by our hosting network.
- We record pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks on the page, the referring site and campaign tags (such as utm_source), and your device type, browser, and operating system.
- If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, no analytics are collected at all.
Analytics are used only to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. They are never sold or shared for advertising.
04Cookies
The public website sets no cookies. The only cookie we use is a session cookie for authorized Genius Lab staff who sign in to the site’s private administration area.
05Where information is stored
The website and its database run on Amazon Web Services in the United States (us-east-1). Information is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to form submissions and analytics is limited to authorized Genius Lab staff. See our Security page for more detail.
06Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host and operate the website on our behalf, such as our cloud provider, or when required by law.
07Retention
We keep Contact Sales submissions for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, and anonymous analytics for as long as they help us improve the site. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
08Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Brazil’s LGPD, or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
To make a request, contact us through the Contact Sales form and mention “Privacy request”. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
09Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
