These terms apply to your use of the Genius Lab website, geniuslab.tech (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes Genius Lab and the Genius Platform. Access to the Genius Platform and any services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement between Genius Lab and each client. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services on particular terms, and if anything on the Site conflicts with a client agreement, the client agreement prevails.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, videos, and software, belong to Genius Lab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Genius Lab, Genius Platform, Genius Cortex, and the atom logo are trademarks of Genius Lab.

You may view and share pages of the Site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, republish, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Dashboards, companies, figures, and scenarios shown on the Site are illustrations of how the Genius Platform works, unless they are explicitly presented as a client result. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and results vary from one business to another.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its private areas, or the systems behind it;
• interfere with the Site’s operation, for example by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
• submit false information or someone else’s details through our forms;
• use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

Information you submit through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential business information through the Contact Sales form; we will arrange a secure channel when needed.

The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as our LinkedIn page. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
